Do you accept School Purchase Orders?
Yes, TAGG TIME accepts School Purchase orders. Purchase orders can be emailed directly to us through the contact form. Please note that we require a copy of your TAX Exempt Certificate with the first order. Your purchasing department will be able to provide you with this certificate.
Do you accept orders from PTO/PTA’s?
Yes, but we do not accept Purchase Orders from PTO/PTAs. All orders from PTO’s and PTA’s must be pre-paid with a check, ACH, or Credit/Debit Card. It’s best for PTO’s and PTA’s to purchase through the website.
Our Purchasing department requires a copy of your W9. How do we get a copy?
A W9 can be requested through the contact form and will be provided as soon as possible. Usually the same day.
What is your warranty?
All items purchased directly through TAGG TIME come with a 1 year guarantee against manufacturers defects. All items purchased through TAGG TIME Dealers/Re-Sellers are subjected to their warranty policies.
What is the cost for your professional Development workshops?
We charge $500 per day plus travel expenses. Travel Expenses include Air Travel, Hotel, Food, Rental Car (if necessary), and shipping if needed for equipment.
Do you accept returns?
We only accept authorized returns that have been approved in advance. Do not ship items back to us without an approved return authorization number. Items returned must be in the same condition and sellable before any credit or refund will be issued. Customers are responsible for return postage and must have a tracking number to confirm receipt. If you have an item that does not meet your expectations and would like to return it, please reach out to us using our contact form.
